Do I need a license to issue Parking Tickets?
No — unlike clamping no license is needed.

How do we get this service in place?
Simply complete the order form with the necessary information, sign and return with payment (credit/debit card or cheque), your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt.

Will you send out a representative to see us?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service; this is because we have found that our clients wish to keep their costs to a minimum. If we were to send out a representative to prospective clients for this service, it would be very costly compared to the current charges advertised.

Who is responsible for erecting the signs?
You the client are responsible, although it is very simple and full instructions are included with the order.

We already have No Parking signs but it has not stopped illegal parking.
As you can see from our signs (see samples) they clearly show our company details therefore people pay more attention to these as nobody wishes to receive a parking ticket; for the few that may ignore them, the FPC takes care of those.

What happens if people don't pay the fine?
Our legal department and Debt Recovery Agent will obtain the vehicle licensing details from the DVLA and pursue the registered keeper through the civil courts.

Who keeps the fine?
We do, as the fine is to help cover our costs for recovery of the fine should it remain unpaid.
